Job Description
The Senior Director of CLM Business Development will lead end-to-end sales and revenue growth for KLDiscovery’s Contract Management Services. This leader will drive new client acquisition, build a qualified pipeline, engage with CLM partners (., Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion), consulting companies, and position KLDiscovery as a preferred execution, implementation and migration provider. This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for expanding market share in the CLM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales targets for CLM implementation, migration, abstraction, managed services, and AI-enabled contract services.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, partner channels, events, and market networking.
Build strong relationships with legal, procurement, contract operations, and legal operations leaders.
Represent CLM services at industry events, conferences, and partner roadshows.
