Our client in Markham, ON is seeking a Senior Director, Client Services to lead and scale a high-performing client management function within a fast-paced organization operating in the CPG, distribution, and supply chain space.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing client services operations, managing a team of senior leaders, and driving profitability across a complex client portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping client strategy, strengthening relationships, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term growth.
