The Senior Design Director will lead the creative and strategic direction for women’s intimates including high-performance bras, soft bras, seamless intimates, and core essentials. This role blends technical athletic expertise with fashion-forward sensibility through driving innovation in performance fabrics, engineered construction, and multifunctional design. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who understands the intersection of sport, comfort, and everyday wear, and can translate consumer insight into commercially successful, technically advanced product.
Responsibilities:
Creative & Innovation Leadership
- Define seasonal creative direction across performance bras, seamless intimates, base layers, and athleisure sleep.
- Drive innovation from a construction, fabric and finishing perspective.
- Establish cohesive color, material, trim, and silhouette direction aligned with athletic lifestyle positioning.
