Senior Director/Project Manager, SAP HR Payroll Transformation Initiative On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Director/Project Manager for a 12‑month hybrid role (4 days onsite at Toronto office).
Overview Lead the Canadian Payroll Migration Program, migrating over 50,000 employees from legacy SAP Payroll to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), transitioning to a modern cloud‑based platform.
Responsibilities
Provide executive‑level leadership for a large‑scale payroll transformation program
Lead multiple critical workstreams, including data conversion, testing, and systems integration
