  • Be the Technical Authority : Champion deep, hands-on expertise in both classic and modern .NET technologies, setting the bar for technical excellence and innovation.
  • Solid .NET Coding : Demonstrate outstanding .NET coding skills (4.8 and core) - mandatory.
  • Master SQL Server : Own all aspects of SQL Server - designing and optimising stored procedures, managing databases, driving performance, ensuring security, and enforcing best practices.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving : Tackle complex technical challenges with a 360-degree perspective, delivering robust solutions and continuous improvements.
