About the Role
As a Senior Functional Lead , you will be the primary consultant responsible for the end-to-end success of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for a strategic North American Non-Profit organization . This is a high-visibility role where you act as a Trusted Advisor , leading client stakeholders through complex business transformations. You won't just follow a backlog; you will own the functional roadmap , lead discovery, and ensure the solution delivers real-world impact using Agile-driven methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery Leadership: Independently lead functional discovery workshops, eliciting complex requirements and mapping intricate business processes for Non-Profit operations.
