Technical Leadership & Project Scoping
Requirement Validation : Review sales handovers to eliminate technical scope gaps.
Concept Engineering : Co-develop automation machine concepts with the mechanical team.
Technical Authority : Leverage deep controls expertise for rapid architectural decisions.
Component Sourcing : Evaluate and select PLCs, robots, vision systems, and servos.
Vendor Management : Conduct trials with manufacturers to balance technical and commercial goals.
Team Management & Execution
Resource Leadership : Guide a team of 3+ controls design engineers.
Project Monitoring : Track daily tasks, project costs, and manday utilization.
Process Compliance : Enforce team adherence to internal engineering workflows.
