Senior Engineer Network

Responsibilities:

⮚Configure and install various network devices and services (., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)

⮚Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

⮚Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

⮚Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues

⮚Fundamental understanding and direct hands on experience with major vendors router ,switch, firewall configurations: Allied Telesis, Juniper, Cisco, Extreme, HP-Aruba with additional Fortinet check point

⮚Solid understanding and direct hands on experience with Allied Telesis, Juniper, Extreme, Palo Alto, Cisco

⮚Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

⮚Provide remote technical support or onsite support for identified products 24x7 when required.
