  • Co-planning activities with the Mobile team for MEA/PEA cable rearrangement and underground projects

  • Plan, design, and oversee implementation of MEA/PEA cable rearrangement and underground projects

  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and report to teams and management

  • Proactively identify potential delays or risks and implement mitigation plans

  • Control project activities and drive issue resolution for MEA/PEA cable rearrangement, underground projects, and network optimization initiatives

  • Improve working processes and preventive actions

  • Audit ODN designs to ensure compliance with technical standards and support long-term network reliability

  • Support planning and design activities for network optimization projects
