Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage laboratory operations, ensuring testing is conducted as per applicable standards and procedures.Develop and maintain testing standards, methods, and procedures for Rubber & E-Beam products.Ensure technical validity, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of test results and customer information.Manage calibration, preventive maintenance, measurement uncertainty, and control of testing equipment and reference standards.Oversee test data management, quality records, proficiency testing, inter-laboratory comparisons, and customer satisfaction surveys.Conduct quality control checks, repeatability studies, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for non-conforming test results.Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, customer specifications, and other national/international standards.Lead quality assurance activities from raw material inspect...
