Senior Engineer, Systems Engineering

Job Summary

The Mission Solutions & Payloads (MSP) team in El Segundo, CA develops advanced space payloads supporting ISR, missile warning and tracking, Earth observation, and space protection missions. We are seeking Systems Engineers to support the design and development of electro‑optical systems, including imagers, tracking sensors, LIDAR, and directed‑energy payloads.

In this role, you will contribute to mission and system requirements analysis, CONOPS and architecture development, requirements decomposition, trade studies, and IV&V planning. You will support hardware and software integration, develop test plans and procedures, and verify system performance in lab and field environments.
