Job Description
Exciting opportunity at Buttcon Limited as a Senior Estimator overseeing critical project estimates and contract executions. This position focuses on analytical skills in the ICI construction sector.
As Senior Estimator, you will report to the Vice President of Pre-Construction & Estimating. You will be responsible for leading the estimating team and collaborating on major construction cost calculations. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of estimating/budgeting, scheduling, and construction technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze plans for discrepancies and prepare for bids
• Manage bonding, insurance submissions, and trade requests
• Prepare comparison spreadsheets for division closing
• Conduct site visits and interact with clients
• Generate risk assessments and tender schedules
Requirements:
• A degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the ICI sector
• Familiarity with Procore and BIM software...
