Job Description
Taking off quantities and provide cost estimate to related internal department for new land feasibility study.
Attend development coordination meeting with related internal department and external consultants during pre-tender stage. Liaising with related internal department and external consultants from tender exercise until the award of contract to contractors.
To access the amount of work completed by the contractor and make recommendation to relevant consultant for the issuance of interim certificate for progress payment.
To access the cost involved in all variation works as a controlling measure in ensuring the project cost is kept within the limit between the budgeted cost and actual contract sum.
To finalise the project account with the contractor and to conclude the ultimate cost of the project.
Attend client consultant meeting and project site meeting.
