Job Description

What the role is:
You are responsible for the full spectrum of NSmen HR administration for an assigned unit, covering deployment, development and recognition processes, as well as supporting the unit's corporate services functions. What you will be working on:
Manage NSmen data and records across key HR functions, including manpower planning, organisational structure, resource allocation, and scheme‑related applications. Administer NS recognition schemes and awards, support course nominations and performance management processes. Handle day‑to‑day HR administration for NSmen. Support administrative, financial and logistical processes in line with the unit's NS workplan. Challenge(s)
