What are your contributions to the team?
- Analyze maintenance data: Identify trends and root causes of failures to propose sustainable solutions.
- Define and implement maintenance plans: Develop preventive and predictive programs based on manufacturer recommendations and best practices.
- Manage risk and criticality: Assess the impact of failures on safety, production, and costs, and prioritize interventions accordingly.
- Coordinate across departments: Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to integrate reliability into design and planning.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maintenance system performance.
- Provide training and awareness: Support teams in adopting preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs): MTBF, MTTR, availability rate, etc.
