Job Description

CBRE is looking for a Multi-skilled Technician located in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, assisting with installations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree or Vocational qualification in Facilities Management or Engineering, has at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
