AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Senior Facility Assessor to join our team in our Boston, MA office. The role serves as the senior facility assessor within a project team, producing comprehensive high-quality condition assessments and due diligence engineering evaluations. The assessor trains and mentors junior staff and, where necessary, serves as the client interface in the field.

Your role

• Evaluate architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to determine condition, remaining useful life, required expenditures and remedial measures.
• Complete comprehensive and high-quality condition assessments and due diligence engineering evaluations of varying building types throughout the U.S.
• Handle multiple assessment projects in a condensed timeframe.
