Senior Financial Analyst

Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager, Corporate Reporting, the Senior Financial Analyst is part of the reporting team that consolidates and analyzes the results of Extendicare's lines of business and prepares reports for internal and external purposes, and will be responsible for providing accurate and timely accounting and reporting, while ensuring that the company’s policies are being followed.This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model.Key responsibilities include:Assist in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements and note disclosures, as well as other company filings such as the MD&APrepare quarterly presentation materials to senior management and board of directors.Prepare and review consolidated results, including detailed analysis of the impact of new IFRS standards on the company's financial statements and other filings.Manage internal and ex...
