Job Description

Thompson Construction Group has an immediate opening for a Senior Financial Analyst at our Spruce Grove office reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst provides strategic financial planning, reporting, and decision support across the organization. This role partners closely with Operations and Finance leadership to drive operational performance, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide insights that influence business strategy. The position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior leadership effectively.

Responsibilities:


Financial Analysis and Reporting:
