As a Senior Hardware Engineer at Motorola Norway you are involved in all aspects of design, prototyping, test and manufacturing of our products.

The position involves:

  • Taking responsibility for hardware throughout its full lifecycle — from early concepts and development through industrialization, verification, compliance, release, continuous improvement, and long-term support

  • Researching and evaluate emerging/gap technologies 

  • Examining and experimenting with use cases, test setups

  • Designing, reviewing and supervising all aspects of the electronics in our products 

  • Hardware testing, troubleshooting and qualification

  • Being part of our core hardware team working closely with all other disciplines

  • Collaboration with manufacturing and sub-suppliers
