About the role
The ILS/Sustainment engineering staff role is an operational and strategic position responsible for supporting the leadership and oversight of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis across multiple programs and proposals. This role includes supporting the technical team and working closely with key stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure that sustainment solutions meet high standards and the specific needs of each customer. The position will report technically to the relevant Integrated Product Support team leads and functionally to the first-line ILS manager. The ideal candidate will be an experienced contributor with the skills to become a technical leader and add value across multiple projects and customers. A deep understanding of ILS and the ability to deliver program cost-effectiveness during design and build phases, as well as during the transition to long-term sustainment and in-service support, is a key asset for success in this role.
