Advance occupational health and safety with WorkSafeBC as a Senior Instructional Project Lead. You'll utilize your instructional design expertise to lead the development of impactful training programs and mentor your team.
In this senior role, you will guide and empower teams to create quality adult education training programs tailored for the WorkSafeBC team. You'll coordinate various training projects and ensure compliance with best practices, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
