Elevate your career as a Senior IT Change Management Analyst at Interac, focused on governance and continuous improvement in complex IT environments. Leverage your ITIL 4 knowledge to manage impactful changes effectively.
In this senior role, you will report to the Leader of Process & Operational Excellence. You’ll execute and enhance Interac’s Change Management practice by assessing, authorizing, and implementing changes in production and pre-production environments. Your expertise in IT Service Management will guide your leadership in complex changes across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for planning changes
• Ensure compliance with ITIL 4 and Interac policies
