Job Description
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line IT support on site, travelling between schools in the region. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and configuring systems, deploying solutions, and resolving issues in a variety of settings. Regular scheduled visits as well as ad‑hoc and emergency support will be required.
Qualifications
Minimum 1‑2 years experience in a similar IT support role. Practical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure. Experience with installation, configuration, and deployment of software. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to schools across the region.
