The successful candidate will drive initiatives for reliability, establish standards to reduce operational waste, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Candidates must have a degree in mechanical engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong leadership skills. Fluency in French and English is required.
