The Firm-Wide Services (FWS) Lighthouse Leader serves as the strategic integrator and innovation quarterback across FWS, driving the adoption of AI, automation, and modernization within BDO’s operational functions. This role bridges Innovation & Change, Technology, and Functional Leadership teams to ensure that enabling functions evolve at the same pace and ambition as client‑facing service lines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize innovation and AI opportunities across FWS departments in partnership with functional leaders.
• Lead efforts to proactively identify and embed AI and automation into business process design and redesign.
• Align people, processes, and systems with the firm’s technology roadmap.
