What You Will Do
Project Leadership & Execution
Own end-to-end project delivery for optical products (e.g., transceivers, optical engines, active components). Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to achieve project milestones. Act as the primary liaison between factory teams and global headquarters, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Customer Engagement
Support customer visits, present technical capabilities, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Risk & Resource Management
Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and manage resource allocation effectively. Financial & Operational Oversight
