Job Description

**Main Purpose of the Role**

Lead the upstream marketing for Nutrition brands - Products (ANI target for 2026 – USD 241 MM) through effectively managing upstream marketing budgets.
Responsible to drive sales and marketing, shared goals by strengthening brand equity measures for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for all the three portfolios (Adult, CNS & Infant). Support in claim and communication development for HCPs, strategize and execute in-clinic activations and other scientific engagements.

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Lead and drive new corporate hospital activations to generate business growth opportunities across all three ANI portfolios.
+ Contribute strategically to develop the ethical marketing plans for the year and lead execution for the same.
+ Developing marketing and GTM plans for new launch and existing brands.
+ Independently drive market shaping initiatives by focusing on execution of HCP education and promotion plans.
