Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Lean & Process Improvement

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced engineer for their Mexicali location.
The successful candidate will establish machinery layouts, optimize operations, and lead process improvement initiatives.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of relevant experience are required, along with expertise in SolidWorks.Applicants should possess strong communication skills and project management experience, and must be available for evening shifts from 3:10 p.m. to 11:10 p.m.
The position is onsite, focusing on maximizing equipment utilization and efficiency.
