Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Our client in Markham has an opening for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Buildings with Project Management experience to join their team to help them maintain their momentum.

The primary responsibility of this position is to be responsible for technical designs on multiple projects on a range of building systems for a range of commercial, multi-residential, institutional, government, and industrial clients. This involves working with project managers, design engineers, and customers to ensure overall project success from inception to completion.

Preference will be given to applicants with practical experience related to any of the following facilities:

• Experience with multi-unit residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and institutional buildings.
• Building sciences that include renovations to existing multi-unit residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
