Lead the design and development of grain and specialty trailers, including chassis, suspension integration, and structural components. Create and review 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings (Onshape). Translate concepts, sketches, and field requirements into production-ready designs. Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards and regulations (transport, safety, load requirements). Collaborate with production to optimize manufacturability and reduce fabrication costs.
