Senior Mechanical Engineer

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be a key member of the Engineering Department, providing expertise in the design, manufacture, and repair of complex machinery.

The role will support the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions across a variety of projects, with a strong focus on advancing the organisation's growth in renewable energy, particularly through the development of large Hydro Generators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mechanical design of machinery, including stators, rotors, assemblies, upgrades, and retrofit projects
• Provide engineering leadership across all project phases, working closely with clients and stakeholders
• Use simulation and modelling tools to validate performance and compliance with requirements
• Oversee and participate in testing activities, both in‑factory and on‑site
