The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services) in Singapore to lead HVAC design for building projects, delivering high quality engineering solutions across a range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects
- Take ownership of engineering tasks of increasing complexity, demonstrating sound technical judgement and problem‑solving capability
- Perform design analysis and prepare technical documentation including reports, specifications, tenders, and proposals
- Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants to support design integration, quality assurance, and commissioning activities
- Manage project delivery aspects including planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control
- Engage and communicate effectively with clients, sub‑consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
