Senior MongoDB Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Senior MongoDB expert with 10+ years of overall experience, including deep hands‑on expertise in MongoDB within large‑scale, regulated banking environments.
• Proven capability to support CTB initiatives such as legacy modernisation, Oracle‑to‑MongoDB migrations, cloud or platform transformations, and NoSQL re‑architecture.
• Strong experience in RTB , including performance tuning, production stability, issue diagnosis, capacity planning, and resilience improvements for critical applications.
• Expert knowledge of MongoDB data modelling, NoSQL design patterns, indexing strategies, query optimisation, and high‑availability setups for financial systems.
• Experience integrating MongoDB with Java / Spring Boot / microservices architectures, supporting both new build and existing estates.
