Senior OMA Contracts Manager

Ocean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of long-term Operations & Maintenance (Ou0026M) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will ensure commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to Ou0026M agreements.
• Ensure Ocean Winds meets its obligations under existing Ou0026M contracts, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance.
• Proactively manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
