Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer to architect and drive our low-code ecosystem in Singapore.
This is a judgement-based leadership role, not a task-only position. We need an engineer who can translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality technical specifications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architect & Design: Build and deploy applications across Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, PSS) and OmniStudio.
Lead Scale: Configure rules engines, screen flows, and data validations to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Integrate & Automate: Develop automated workflows and complex integrations with third-party systems using Platform APIs.
Collaborate: Work in Agile teams (Scrum, TDD) with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
Maintain Standards: Drive documentation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
