Manage the end-to-end R&D activities for packaging, in which include research & sourcing new supplier, new packaging development, new product testing, NPD projects, providing scientific support for new product, and design process improvement, in order to achieve cost effective packaging solutions that preserve product quality by using environment-friendly materials.
