Job Description

  • Process end-to-end semi-monthly payroll for a multi-provincial Canadian workforce

  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to legislative requirements

  • Conduct payroll audits and quality control reviews

  • Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, and variable compensation payments

  • Manage Records of Employment (ROEs) and year-end payroll activities

  • Support maternity and parental leave administration, including top-up calculations and benefit continuance

  • Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefit programs and retirement savings plans

  • Coordinate enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries

  • Manage benefits billing and reconciliation activities

  • Liaise with third-party benefit providers and vendors
