Senior Planning & Scheduling Specialist

About Us

The Senior Planning and Scheduling Specialist is accountable for leading the planning function across assigned projects and tenders. This role ensures that all projects and bids are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored to support successful, timely, and profitable delivery. The position provides critical support to the Project Management function and is responsible for the planning of medium‑to‑high‑complexity projects, portfolios of projects, or major sections of large‑scale programs.

• A minimum of 15 years' planning and scheduling experience.
• Formal project management qualifications or certifications.
• A recognized engineering degree, engineering studies, or trade qualification.
• Preferably PMP, PMI‑SP, and/or PSP certifications through recognized professional bodies such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) or AACE International.
