Requirements
- Deep trading knowledge and experience. You have designed trading platforms professionally, or you are an active trader who understands charts, order types, risk management, and portfolio views. This is non-negotiable
- Strong across both UX and UI, from research through to polished, pixel-perfect output
- Demonstrate creative thinking on simplifying complex AI and data-heavy experiences for traders
- Portfolio showing UX improvements and visual design quality. Show us problems you solved, not just screens you designed
- Comfort in a fast-moving team where the product strategy is still being shaped
- Proficiency in Figma and clear English communication across a distributed team
- The right person for this role is equally strong in UX and UI, has real exposure to trading products, and can work across the full design lifecycle: research, IA, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, testing, and QA
