The Role Capco is looking for a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in Banking & Payments to lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). This role will partner with senior stakeholders to define operating models, deliver product roadmaps, and drive enterprise-wide program execution across complex banking environments.

You’ll work closely with product, technology, and business teams to assess capabilities, align strategic priorities, and deliver scalable customer identity solutions that support digital transformation objectives.
