Education:
• BS degree in Computer science, Electrical engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 year related experience with the server and/or storage system
• Solid HW and SW diagnostics skills
• Software development experience - preferably in Python/Bash.
• Experience with the LAMP stack (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data, trends, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Experience in direct support for server product manufacturing and testing.
