Senior Project Executive

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and contractors to support smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure project delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, and IT teams, to align project requirements and delivery.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all PM checklist items are completed for each store.
  • Manage and rectify defects in newly completed works.

Design and Sample Compliance

  • Review and cross-check all franchisee and contractor drawings, mock ups, and samples to ensure alignment with design guidelines and brand standards.
  • Organize design guideline briefing session for all new contractors.
