Senior Project Executive
Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and contractors to support smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
- Ensure project delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, and IT teams, to align project requirements and delivery.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all PM checklist items are completed for each store.
- Manage and rectify defects in newly completed works.
Design and Sample Compliance
- Review and cross-check all franchisee and contractor drawings, mock ups, and samples to ensure alignment with design guidelines and brand standards.
- Organize design guideline briefing session for all new contractors.
