Job Overview
Ensure compliance with quality standards in manufacturing processes, guaranteeing that products meet customer requirements and applicable regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, optimize processes, and minimize Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). Coordinate inspection, audit, and certification activities, manage internal and external non-conformances, and promote a strong quality culture through training and cross‑functional collaboration.

Quality Problem Solving
- Identify and analyze quality issues in production processes
- Apply problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
