Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre & Critical Projects

Vallum Associates is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for data centre and mission critical projects in Helsinki. In this role, you will manage subcontractor procurement and oversee commercial performance while working on significant construction projects with budgets ranging from €20M to multi-billion euros.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and possess strong communication and commercial management skills. This position is full-time with a rotation of typically 10 days on and 4 days off.
