Job Description

Elevate your career as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, focused on cost estimation and project coordination within Singapore's building industry. In this role, you will utilize your Quantity Surveying Degree or Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience to review project specifications, produce timely and accurate Bill of Quantities, and manage supplier quotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze tender specifications for accuracy
  • Generate cost estimates and Bill of Quantities
  • Source and manage quotations from suppliers
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on quotes promptly
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 2 years main contractor experience in Singapore
