- Assisting Contract Manager in pricing and taking off measurement works.
- Preparing Tender and contract documents.
- Monitoring related projects.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Site viewing and understanding.
- All other necessary admin works related to work scope.
- Requirements:
- Min. Diploma of relevant discipline or equivalent
- Min. 5 yrs experience in civil engineering industry
- Knowledge of Contracts Law and SOP
- Experience in contract drafting
- Experience in contract administration
