Responsibilities

  • Monitor project budgets throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring cost control and alignment with approved financial plans, including tracking variations arising from design changes.
  • Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget appraisals, including development of cost plans for project evaluation and approval.
  • Carry out quantity measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), as well as detailed cost data compilation for project planning purposes.
  • Support procurement activities by working with internal teams to source vendors, maintain approved vendor lists, and provide technical and quantity inputs.
  • Lead or support tender exercises, including preparation, evaluation, and coordination of tender submissions and documentation.
