Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents for completeness and update tender amendments and corrigenda to ensure accuracy
  • Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise queries to resolve issues promptly
  • Perform precise measurements and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities for project estimation
  • Coordinate tender submissions by calling for quotations, pricing, compiling PQM, and managing post-tender questionnaires
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning
  • Solicit subcontractor quotations, prepare cost comparisons and reports, negotiate terms, recommend awards, and draft subcontract agreements
  • Liaise with consultants and clients to process monthly progress claims and monitor payments against cash flow projections
