Job Summary

Manage contract administration and tender processes to support construction projects, ensuring accurate cost control, documentation, and collaboration with project teams for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts including pre-contract and post-contract phases to ensure compliance and effective management
  • Perform quantity take-offs to prepare accurate estimates for tendering and project budgeting
  • Prepare detailed documents for sourcing quotations to facilitate transparent procurement
  • Develop pre-tender estimates and prepare comprehensive tender documents to support bidding processes
  • Conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting, including evaluating bids and awarding contracts to qualified vendors
